Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Engagement Manager -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement and
relationship management
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them
into actionable project plans
Support client revenue growth and identify new business
opportunities through data-driven insights
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in B2B client engagement, account
management, or project management
Preferred experience in the radiological, clinical workflow, and/or
ML/AI industries
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to discuss
technical details with non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects
simultaneously
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
