Representative - Bilingual Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer transactions accurately, including purchase
orders, invoices, and credit memos
Support the sales team with administrative inquiries and
collaborate with cross-functional teams
Assist with customer support through various communication
channels
Required Qualifications
Experience in order management, customer service, and sales
support
Bilingual in English and Portuguese
Ability to review and escalate purchase orders as necessary
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
