Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Biostatistics to
lead and develop its biostatistics team and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Biostatistics team, fostering a
high-performance culture
Drive statistical strategy across clinical development programs,
incorporating innovative trial designs and AI/ML applications
Provide expert statistical input into clinical study design,
regulatory interactions, and ensure operational excellence
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field with 10+
years of experience in biostatistics
Proven experience leading biostatistics teams within clinical
development
Deep expertise in statistical trial designs and regulatory
guidelines for drug development
Experience in quantitative decision-making frameworks for internal
assessments
Proficiency in SAS, R, and statistical software for sample size
calculations
