Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead a team
of Product Designers in creating a cohesive user experience across
the product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead user-centered research direction and integrate findings into
design efforts and product strategy
Oversee the design process to ensure an intuitive user experience
and a clear internal product development workflow
Mentor and manage a hybrid internal/agency design team while
engaging with senior stakeholders to provide strategic design
direction
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2+ years in
a management or leadership role
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with experience in
building cohesive design teams
Expertise in design systems, UX best practices, interaction and
service design, and user research
Preferred experience in healthtech, edtech, HRtech, or fintech
