Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to join their People
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and administer benefit programs across the AMER and LATAM
regions, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
Evaluate and recommend innovative benefits solutions aligned with
regional strategies and company goals
Ensure compliance with regional laws and regulations while leading
employee communication strategies regarding benefits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; relevant certifications are a plus
7+ years of experience in benefits management, design, and
administration
In-depth knowledge of benefits compliance requirements in the
Americas region
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple complex projects and vendor relationships
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing and
developing teams
