Job Description:
A company is looking for a Standardization Director for Epic
Customers.
Key Responsibilities
Design, document, and deploy operational standards to enhance
revenue generation and client value
Coordinate revenue enhancement initiatives and oversee business
operations across the revenue cycle for client hospitals
Collaborate with executive leadership to assess current operations
and drive standardization efforts
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in healthcare
Experience leading complex revenue cycle management operations,
particularly in an Epic centralized billing office
Proficiency with Epic systems
Familiarity with healthcare data formats such as 837s/835s and
FHIR/CCDA
Strong organizational skills to manage complex changes
effectively
