Job Description:

Seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead and direct all reliability and maintenance activities at our newly constructed manufacturing facility in West Jefferson, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and technical knowledge to ensure the successful completion of daily maintenance work. This individual will also be responsible for executing the capital plan, reducing downtime, and improving plant efficiencies. If you have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or applicable technical knowledge, along with at least 5 years of leadership experience in industrial operations or maintenance, we would like to speak with you about this exciting opportunity!

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or applicable technical knowledge required
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in industrial operations or maintenance preferred
• Understanding of PLC and logic controls for high-speed operating equipment
• Prior experience in SAP preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and accountability skills
• Ability to lead teams and interact with all levels of the organization
