About the Service Center Manager Role

At XPO, we're looking for a skilled Service Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service center. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supervising employees, tracking hours, and ensuring freight is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train employees to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan daily manpower needs to meet customer demands
  • Monitor and implement cost-cutting initiatives to improve efficiency
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
    Requirements
    • 5 years of supervisory experience in the LTL industry
    • Thorough knowledge of transportation rules and regulations
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
