Softtek Integration Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced NOC- Network Engineer at Columbus, Ohio. This is a Full-time position.

Job Description:

Network Support engineer in charge of all retail sites for a financial customer.
3 Years of experience Troubleshooting networks Basic Experience with Routing and Switching Experience handling Tickets Experience managing vendors, RMA's, Tickets.
Experience with Service Now tool
Monitoring and troubleshooting
English: Fluent
Teamwork
Time Management
Very good communication skills
Topology mpls
ITIL Knowledge, Basic.
SDWAN versa basic knowledge
CCNA, CCNP, Access point / Wireless is a Plus

Incident Managment
Ticket Documentation
Vendor Coordination
Branch Network Support
Escalation to other teams
