Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Industrial Engineering to
lead and oversee pharmacy and fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of industrial engineers, ensuring alignment
with organizational goals
Conduct advanced analyses of processes and workflows to enhance
productivity and accuracy
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and
operational excellence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing
Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with
at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
Experience with facility layout design and optimization software,
such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory management,
and regulatory compliance
