Job Description:
Customer Care Specialist is a key front-line associate who has
the critical roles of (1) answering consumers? pre-sales questions
regarding our retail stores and products and (2) facilitating
post-sales issue and complaint resolution for five Retail brands.
The retail brands that this position supports hold the Specialists
to high standards of brand knowledge, familiarity with the optical
industry, customer service, conflict resolution and negotiation
skills. In many cases, the Specialist will act as a mediator or
liaison between the customer and the retail store and will be
responsible for ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely
fashion. The Specialist will answer telephone calls and respond to
emails and letters. The Specialist will schedule eye exams for
patients of Dr?s. The Specialist must exhibit excellent customer
care, phone, communication and writing skills.
All candidates must be available to work nights and weekends. Hours
will be 11-8 m-f. Weekends would be 9-6 usually 1 day on the
weekend.
